This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Provide support to clients in organizational consulting for the commercial sector, focusing on optimizing sales organization.
• Define go-to-market strategies.
• Increase revenue and margins for client companies.
• Optimize the sales network by defining roles and KPIs.
• Expand into new markets and channels by training the team.
• Proven experience as a Sales Consultant, with at least 10 years in Sales Management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong results orientation.
• Focus on the digitalization of sales processes.
• Experience in data management and technologies applied to sales.
• Ability to work with varying timelines and adapt to diverse projects.
• Must have a VAT number and be available to work as an independent consultant.
• Degree in economics, marketing, or related fields.
• Strong command of the English language (required for international projects).
