This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Engaging in negotiations and finalizing substantial sales opportunities by delivering presentations to individuals or groups, utilizing compelling verbal and written communication skills.
• Consistently exceeding sales targets while ensuring exemplary CRM practices and effective territory management.
• Addressing complex challenges with a positive mindset in a fiercely competitive landscape.
• Leveraging point-of-sale data and market share insights to identify high-impact opportunities and refine territory strategy.
• Exhibiting a strong comfort level with cold calling and proactive outreach to discover opportunities and enhance territory penetration.
• Partnering and exchanging knowledge with various individuals across different segments of the organization.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution along with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a private, public, government, or military setting OR a High School Diploma/GED from an accredited entity and at least 5 years of experience in the dental sector.
• A current, valid Driver’s License.
• Five (5) years of sales experience within the oral care business segment/industry in a private, public, government, or military context.
• Proficiency in Data Analytics is preferred.
• Familiarity and experience with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce.
