This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Oversee the complete executive search process for C-suite positions (CEO, CFO, CTO, COO, CRO, CISO, and similar roles).
• Design and implement tailored search strategies for each assignment.
• Act as a trusted consultant to senior management and board committees.
• Develop and sustain a network of high-quality executive and board-level candidates.
• Foster enduring relationships with passive candidates and industry experts.
• Perform thorough evaluations of candidates, including competency-based interviews.
• Provide detailed candidate profiles and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
• Keep abreast of industry developments and trends.
• At least 8 years of progressive experience in executive recruitment.
• Proven track record in recruiting within the Banking, FinTech, and/or Technology sectors.
• Profound knowledge of executive compensation frameworks.
• Strong capabilities in research and candidate sourcing.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Residing in Bogotá, Colombia, with the capacity to work remotely.
