This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Gabon.
• Develop and implement research and sourcing strategies for executive searches in the healthcare sector.
• Identify and cultivate pipelines of qualified executive candidates.
• Utilize LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, professional associations, databases, directories, Boolean search techniques, and other resources to source candidates.
• Recognize sourcing gaps and propose innovative approaches.
• Maintain precise candidate information within the applicant tracking system.
• Keep search teams updated on progress, market feedback, and any emerging challenges.
• Conduct outreach to potential candidates and convert qualified prospects into active applicants.
• Screen candidates according to established criteria, assessing experience, achievements, credentials, and career aspirations.
• Identify any concerns or gaps and communicate them to the search team.
• Prepare candidates for interviews with Kirby Bates search leaders.
• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the search process.
• Ensure that resumes and candidate materials adhere to standards of accuracy, content, and presentation.
• Assist in coordinating client interviews and managing candidate logistics.
• Support follow-up with successfully placed executives during their inaugural year.
• Collaborate with Vice Presidents, Associate Vice Presidents, and other members of the Kirby Bates team throughout searches.
• Contribute insights, judgment, and information while fulfilling commitments and maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Occasionally participate in in-person client meetings, internal meetings, conferences, seminars, and industry events.
• Bachelor’s degree; a degree in a healthcare-related field is preferred.
• A minimum of five years of experience in retained executive search or healthcare recruitment.
• Proven ability to identify and engage candidates through LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong skills in Internet research and Boolean search techniques.
• Experience with recruiting databases and research tools, such as ZoomInfo.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; experience with Bullhorn is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Teams, and Excel.
• Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills, with the capability to produce polished, client-ready documents.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Capability to work effectively with multiple leaders in a collaborative, matrixed environment.
• Ability to accept feedback, adapt swiftly, and pursue continuous improvement.
• Self-motivation and discipline to succeed in a remote work setting.
• Must meet applicable E-Verify requirements.
• A Master’s degree in Nursing, Human Resource Management, or another relevant field is a plus.
• Candidates receiving a conditional offer may be required to undergo pre-employment drug testing.
• Full-time remote position.
• Occasional participation in in-person client meetings, internal meetings, conferences, seminars, and industry events.
• Standard business hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with occasional additional hours based on search, candidate, client, meeting, or event needs.
