This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Collaborate directly with clients to grasp their business objectives, role specifications, and hiring priorities.
• Provide guidance to clients regarding market trends, role definitions, and candidate expectations.
• Establish success profiles and recruitment strategies for senior and specialized positions.
• Identify, evaluate, and interview high-quality candidates for executive, leadership, and specialist roles.
• Perform comprehensive assessments that focus on experience, leadership abilities, communication skills, and cultural fit.
• Present thoroughly vetted and endorsed candidates along with insightful recommendations.
• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, which includes intake, sourcing, screening, submissions, interviews, and job offers.
• Organize interviews and maintain effective communication with both candidates and clients.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the recruitment process.
• Over 8 years of experience in executive recruitment, senior-level hiring, or specialist recruitment.
• Significant experience in managing complete recruitment processes from start to finish.
• Exceptional interviewing, assessment, and communication abilities.
• Capability to work independently and handle multiple searches at the same time.
• Professional and consultative demeanor in interactions with clients and candidates.
