This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Actively engage in the strategic account planning process alongside sales leadership to pinpoint and prioritize growth opportunities.
• Facilitate the Challenger Sales Methodology by transforming supply chain research insights into content that resonates with sales.
• Provide supply chain insights for targeted sales opportunities during regular growth calls with the sales team.
• Assist the sales team in strategies to connect with Decision Makers during sales cycles and foster trust-based relationships.
• Offer support during the closing phases of sales cycles, which includes proactive objection management and business case development.
• Collaborate with various teams at Gartner on growth initiatives and employ effective change management strategies.
• Aid sales partners in evaluating potential new business opportunities within the CSCO portfolio.
• Implement globally standardized processes to generate new business opportunities with field sales executives.
• Participate in preparation meetings for internal service kick-offs (SKO) for new clients.
• Achieve quotas related to new business development.
• Over 15 years of experience in supply chain leadership or consulting.
• A minimum of two years in a role as a Supply Chain Leadership Partner, demonstrating mastery of the position.
• Background in a sales-oriented role, ideally within a consulting context.
• Strong comprehension of sales metrics.
• Extensive knowledge of the diverse executive roles and responsibilities within Supply Chain management.
• Proven experience in coaching, presenting, and collaborating at a senior level, preferably with C-level executives.
• Advanced critical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent skills in relationship building and collaboration.
• Exceptional verbal, written, facilitation, and presentation skills, showcasing Executive Presence.
• Proven record of sales and/or business development experience with CXO level executives.
