This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Transform overarching concepts into structured action plans and deliverables.
• Oversee the implementation of advertising creatives, landing pages, marketing materials, and content initiatives.
• Manage daily communication with freelancers, creators, contractors, and agencies.
• Monitor timelines, priorities, deadlines, and project advancement across various initiatives.
• Ensure consistent follow-up to facilitate project progression without delays.
• Communicate feedback from the founder to execution teams clearly and effectively.
• Hold team members and external partners accountable for their deliverables.
• Anticipate challenges, identify gaps, and proactively address operational concerns.
• Organize workflows, tasks, documentation, and communication processes.
• Lessen the founder’s operational burden by taking ownership of execution and follow-through.
• Prior experience in project management, operations, executive assistance, creative operations, or related fields.
• Strong comprehension of marketing, creative production, content, and design processes.
• Experience in managing freelancers, creatives, agencies, or cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized with excellent task management and prioritization abilities.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional communication and people management skills.
• Comfortable being assertive, following up, and ensuring accountability.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
