This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Oversee intricate calendar management and email triage, highlighting priority matters and crafting polished, professional communications to ensure smooth information flow.
• Transform abstract objectives into organized task lists and timelines; monitor ongoing projects and guarantee that all decisions are effectively executed through diligent follow-up.
• Engage in professional outreach to clients, vendors, and referral sources via email, phone, and LinkedIn, while diligently maintaining precise CRM records and relationship notes.
• Perform research on companies, markets, and service providers to create decision-ready summaries; uphold secure filing systems and trackers to prevent any opportunity from being lost due to inaction.
• Arrange thorough travel itineraries and compile briefing packs or presentations to ensure the principal is thoroughly prepared for all engagements.
• 5–8 years of experience in a role as an Executive Assistant or Project Coordinator, specifically supporting a Founder, Executive, or Attorney.
• Outstanding command of English (both written and verbal) with a polished, professional demeanor suitable for high-level stakeholder engagement.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, project management tools, and CRM systems.
• A dependable remote work environment equipped with backup power and high-speed internet solutions to guarantee uninterrupted connectivity.
• Capability to maintain a consistent overlap with U.S. Pacific Time (PST) during the work week.
