This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +4 more states.
• Market and promote Servion financial products and services to credit unions and other clients.
• Identify and cultivate new accounts.
• Establish and enhance relationships with existing credit unions and community banks while expanding into new territories.
• Generate VA, FHA, conventional, and additional mortgage options through proactive prospecting.
• Foster connections with key decision-makers, serving as the liaison and primary contact for partners.
• Address inquiries, information requests, and complaints related to loan products and services.
• Present Servion offerings to clients.
• Respond to client needs and ensure follow-up on both written and verbal inquiries.
• Initiate or assist in external marketing initiatives and targeted marketing campaigns.
• Identify revenue-generating opportunities and engage with credit unions.
• Collect data, analyze trends, and devise new sales strategies.
• Communicate market conditions and strategies to the National Sales Manager.
• Monitor and assess competitors’ activities and offerings.
• Maintain monthly reports on expenses, sales contacts, pipeline, and sales activities.
• Follow up with credit unions and community banks throughout the sales process.
• Perform related duties as necessary.
• A minimum of a High School Diploma or a Four-year College Degree in business or a related field is preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered as a substitute.
• At least two years of experience in the mortgage industry is required.
• A minimum of two years of mortgage sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all Servion Business Units, with a focus on Mortgage, Realty, and Title.
• Current knowledge of industry trends and government regulations is essential.
• Excellent skills in reporting, letter writing, group presentations, and related communications.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with executives, managers, employees, and vendors.
• Capability to conduct research to assess credit union needs and effectively communicate findings.
• Ability to lead seminars, presentations, and meetings.
• Up-to-date knowledge of accounting, compliance, policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards.
• Proficiency in developing quality mortgage leads and fostering client relationships.
• Willingness to stay informed on company offerings and industry developments.
