Executive Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Guide clients throughout the loan process from application to closing, addressing any client concerns that arise.

• Develop and sustain relationships with real estate agents, investment advisors, accountants, other professionals, as well as friends, family, and previous clients.

• Consult with clients to analyze their financial circumstances and identify suitable loan products.

• Assess client financial status and documentation, such as credit, employment, income, assets, and property.

• Foster relationships with mortgage referral sources and promote the advantages of collaborating with Rocket Mortgage.

• Educate and inform clients about the home-buying or refinancing process, along with effective mortgage management.

• Create, nurture, and maintain a portfolio of business to enhance referral volume and revenue.

• Deliver high-quality service to referral sources and clients alike.

• Keep current on product offerings, qualifying criteria, and procedural changes.

• Represent the Rocket brand at civic and community events to support business development and enhance lead generation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in mortgage loan origination is essential.

• Must possess state and federal licenses.

• A proven history of generating referrals and lead volume is required.

• Strong professional communication, time management, results-oriented, teamwork, and critical/strategic thinking skills are necessary.

• Preferred: At least 3 years of experience in mortgage loan origination.

• A desire to thrive and advance in an entrepreneurial setting is important.
