Executive Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.

📋 Description

• Guide clients throughout the loan process from application to closing while addressing any client concerns.

• Foster and sustain relationships with real estate agents, investment advisors, accountants, and other professionals, including friends, family, and past clients.

• Consult with clients and assess their financial circumstances to identify suitable loan options.

• Review credit, employment, income, assets, property, and other documentation to establish financing eligibility.

• Develop relationships with mortgage referral sources and promote the advantages of partnering with Rocket Mortgage.

• Provide guidance and education to clients regarding home purchasing, refinancing, and mortgage management.

• Create, nurture, and maintain a portfolio of business to enhance referral volume and revenue.

• Deliver exceptional service to both referral sources and clients.

• Stay informed about Rocket Mortgage products, qualifying criteria, and updates to processes.

• Represent the Rocket brand at community and civic events to aid in business development and lead generation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in mortgage loan origination.

• Possession of state and federal licenses.

• A proven history of securing referrals and generating lead volume.

• Strong professional communication, time management, results-oriented mindset, teamwork, and critical/strategic thinking abilities.

• Preferred: At least 3 years of experience in mortgage loan origination.

• A strong desire to thrive and develop within an entrepreneurial setting.
