Executive Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with real estate agents, investment advisors, accountants, other professionals, as well as friends, family, and past clients to promote the Rocket brand.

• Assist homebuyers or homeowners in securing real estate financing that aligns with their personal and financial objectives.

• Establish, develop, and maintain a portfolio of business to enhance referral volume and generate revenue.

• Consult with clients and assess their financial circumstances to identify the most suitable loan product to help them achieve their goals.

• Guide and inform clients about the home-buying or refinancing journey.

• Review client financial status and documentation, including credit, employment, income, assets, and properties, to ensure qualification for financing.

• Support clients throughout the loan process from application to closing, addressing any concerns that may arise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in mortgage loan origination, demonstrating a successful history of obtaining referrals and generating lead volume.

• Possession of Federal NMLS and state mortgage licenses.

• Strong communication, time management, and critical/strategic thinking abilities.

• Results-oriented, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated success in self-generated mortgage loan origination.
