Executive Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Guide clients throughout the loan process from application to closing, including addressing client concerns.

• Establish and nurture relationships with real estate agents, investment advisors, accountants, other professionals, as well as friends, family, and previous clients.

• Consult with clients and assess financial circumstances to identify suitable loan products.

• Analyze client financial status and documentation, such as credit, employment, income, assets, and property.

• Develop relationships with mortgage referral sources and promote the advantages of partnering with Rocket Mortgage.

• Educate and advise clients on home-buying and refinancing procedures, as well as mortgage management.

• Build, develop, and sustain a portfolio of business to enhance referral volume and revenue.

• Deliver industry-leading service to referral sources and clients.

• Keep up-to-date on product offerings, qualification criteria, and process modifications.

• Represent the Rocket brand at community and civic events to bolster business development and lead generation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in mortgage loan origination.

• Possession of state and federal licenses.

• Demonstrated success in obtaining referrals and generating lead volume.

• Strong professional communication, time management, results-oriented, teamwork, and critical/strategic thinking abilities.

• Preferred: A minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage loan origination.

• Motivation to work and advance in an entrepreneurial setting.
