Executive Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Guide clients through the entire loan process, from application to closing, while addressing any client concerns.

• Develop and nurture relationships with referral sources and industry professionals to promote the Rocket brand.

• Consult with clients to assess their financial situations and recommend suitable loan products.

• Analyze credit, employment, income, assets, and property to determine qualification for financing.

• Foster relationships with mortgage referral sources and highlight the benefits of collaborating with Rocket Mortgage.

• Educate and advise clients on home purchasing, refinancing, and effective mortgage management.

• Build, develop, and sustain a personal book of business to enhance referral volume and revenue.

• Deliver exceptional service to referral sources and clients.

• Keep up to date with Rocket Mortgage's product offerings, qualifying criteria, and procedural updates.

• Represent the Rocket brand at civic and community events to enhance business development and lead generation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in mortgage loan origination is required.

• Possession of state and federal licenses.

• Proven success in obtaining referrals and generating lead volume.

• Strong professional communication, time management, results orientation, teamwork, and strategic thinking abilities.

• Preferred: At least 3 years of experience in mortgage loan origination.

• A desire to work and grow within an entrepreneurial environment.
