This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Deliver thorough administrative and operational assistance to the Executive team and the People and Culture department.
• Support executive administration, office management, and HR-related functions.
• Cultivate a positive, engaging, and productive workplace atmosphere.
• Uphold the privacy and confidentiality of employees, clients, and participants.
• Aid in addressing internal and external HR-related inquiries.
• Play an active role in various projects, initiatives, and programs within the organization.
• Previous experience in an administrative position is highly valued.
• Strong familiarity with systems and software programs.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Understanding of office administrative support, systems, and procedures.
• A dedication to delivering exceptional customer service across all platforms – written, phone, and in-person.
