This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership concerning enterprise priorities and strategic initiatives.
β’ Oversee governance and execution of significant transformation and value-creation initiatives.
β’ Establish enterprise-wide operational rhythms, management reviews, executive steering committees, and performance management cycles.
β’ Align strategy, operational plans, budgets, forecasts, resource allocation, and execution priorities.
β’ Generate executive-level insights and recommendations to enhance growth, profitability, productivity, and shareholder value.
β’ Identify enterprise risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and execution gaps while formulating mitigation strategies.
β’ Influence leaders across organizational boundaries without direct authority.
β’ Assist in reporting to the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, ownership, and investors.
β’ Manage a portfolio of strategic, operational, digital, commercial, and transformation initiatives.
β’ Design and uphold a PMO framework that encompasses governance, prioritization, reporting, accountability, resource management, benefits realization, and executive decision-making.
β’ Create enterprise KPI frameworks that link strategic objectives, operational performance, financial outcomes, customer metrics, and transformation milestones.
β’ Develop executive dashboards, scenario analyses, forecasting models, and performance reviews.
β’ Collaborate with Finance and Operations to drive revenue acceleration, margin enhancement, productivity, working capital, and capital efficiency.
β’ Promote the adoption of new processes, operating models, systems, governance structures, and performance management practices.
β’ Lead structured problem-solving on enterprise challenges and address complex cross-functional issues.
β’ Partner with IT, Digital, Finance, and Operations to enhance data quality, reporting automation, analytics platforms, and enterprise visibility.
β’ A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
β’ 10β15+ years of progressive experience in strategy, management consulting, finance, transformation, PMO, operations, corporate development, or business leadership roles.
β’ Proven success in leading large-scale transformation programs and enterprise initiatives.
β’ Experience collaborating with executive leadership teams and Boards.
β’ Strong financial acumen, including skills in forecasting, budgeting, KPI design, value creation tracking, and performance management.
β’ Advanced analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities.
β’ Outstanding communication and executive presentation skills.
