This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• In the role of Executive Director, Specialist Physician Sales, you will act as the specialty-product authority integrated within MDVIP's physician recruitment organization that operates in the field.
• Collaborate closely with the Physician Development team to pinpoint, assess, and attract specialist physicians.
• Create a sales enablement framework that effectively distributes specialist knowledge throughout the field team.
• Your performance will be evaluated based on the specialist physician sales you close and the net new specialist memberships you generate, in collaboration with the wider field sales organization.
• Provide specialty-specific momentum at critical decision-making junctures while maintaining the Executive Director's ownership of the relationship, timeline, and deal outcomes.
• Oversee specialty-specific practice assessments to identify and address risks, operational obstacles, strategic alignment, and value drivers.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• A minimum of 7 years in complex consultative healthcare sales, specialty medical/pharma/device sales, or similar field sales experience.
• Proven experience in partnering with or supporting a field sales team in an overlay, specialist, or sales engineering role.
• Skilled in delivering persuasive, credibility-based sales presentations to physicians or clinical audiences.
• Trained in the Challenger Selling model, with a track record of successful outcomes.
• A strong preference for sales experience in Cardiology, Endocrinology, or Rheumatology.
