Executive Director of Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales Performance and the Executive Team to define the sales strategy.

• Oversee up to 8 Regional Directors of Sales along with a portfolio of 45 to 60 hotels.

• Actively develop and lead a team of sales “hunters” by showcasing effective sales strategies and techniques.

• Inspire, support, and motivate the team through Bi-Weekly One-on-One sessions and Team Meetings.

• Forge and nurture relationships with key brand partners, hotel owners, and General Managers.

• Promote accountability by delivering effective coaching to implement enhancements and maintain client retention.

• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to the VP of Sales Performance and the Executive Team.

• Create exceptional client experiences, manage client expectations, and uphold high levels of satisfaction for clients and employees.

• Cultivate vital relationships and travel for in-person meetings with clients and partners.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Director of Sales in a regional capacity overseeing a Select Service portfolio.

• Proven success in leading a high-performing sales team focused on revenue generation and sales performance.

• Experience managing a team of 8+ sales professionals in a remote setting.

• Proficient in using a CRM and analyzing data to assess sales performance.

• Skilled in hiring and onboarding sales associates.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Exhibits a strong commitment to the company culture and the well-being of employees and clients.

• Effective presentation skills.

• Experience working from a remote home office.

• Capability to work at a computer from your home office for extended periods.
