This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Surpass assigned quarterly and annual booking targets.
• Collaborate with Superintendents and their leadership teams to thoroughly qualify sales opportunities and position Dreamscape Learn as a strategic solution for critical challenges.
• Develop strong executive-level client relationships that establish Dreamscape Learn as a transformative partner rather than a conventional edtech vendor.
• Create and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified K12 sales opportunities to consistently achieve revenue growth and market expansion goals.
• Partner with internal Marketing and Sales teams to design and implement effective lead generation campaigns and events to enhance the sales funnel.
• Work alongside executive leadership to influence Dreamscape Learn’s K12 growth strategy, market positioning, and long-term initiatives that bolster the company’s national presence and leadership in the category.
• Supply executive leadership with market intelligence, customer insights, and strategic feedback to guide product direction, go-to-market strategies, and the long-term company vision.
• Over 10 years of demonstrated success in selling high-value innovative educational technology solutions to senior K12 leadership.
• Proven expertise in promoting and selling six-figure, category-defining educational solutions within complex decision-making and procurement environments.
• Outstanding executive communication, strategic influence, and relationship-building skills.
• Advanced qualification and territory management abilities.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the capability to navigate ambiguity and assist in developing scalable market strategies.
• Experience in high-growth, innovative, or category-defining organizations.
• In-depth understanding of the evolving K12 landscape, including instructional innovation, digital transformation, and emerging learning models.
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Compensation: $200,000 base salary + commission.
