Executive Director, Global Market Development – Analytical Services Division

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Lead, oversee, and strategize while directly supervising staff across PPD Laboratories services.

• Enhance awareness and demand for the portfolio of solutions throughout the clinical development lifecycle.

• Collaborate and partner closely with stakeholder groups within the PPD business.

• Facilitate the development of marketing plans, ensuring that initiatives are rooted in customer needs and business insights.

• Organize and manage resource allocation within the area/division.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Science, Health Sciences, or Business is required.

• 10-15+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, CRO, or medical device industries.

• Excellent leadership abilities, emotional intelligence, and skills in collaboration and influence.

• Extensive marketing experience.

• Strong financial insight and comprehensive knowledge of sales and marketing dynamics.
