This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee and offer strategic direction to the marketing team within the area/division.

• Facilitate the development of comprehensive marketing plans.

• Champion leading-edge methods in value propositions and messaging materials.

• Ensure continuous assessment and enhancement of programs.

• Organize and control resource distribution throughout the area/division.

• Contribute to the annual strategic planning cycle.

• Spearhead targeting and segmentation initiatives.

• Foster partnerships and collaboration among all teams.

• Lead or significantly contribute to initiatives aimed at corporate efficiency.

• Collaborate with other teams to align with shared objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Science, Health Sciences, or Business is required.

• An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

• 10-15+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, CRO, or medical device sectors.

• Proven leadership, collaboration, and influencing abilities.

• Extensive marketing experience encompassing both strategy and execution.

• Strong financial insight and acumen.

• Capability to excel in uncertain situations and lead through transitions.

• Demonstrated history of success and high performance.

• Excellent interpersonal skills along with outstanding verbal communication and presentation capabilities.

• Experience collaborating across diverse cultures.

• Ability to think critically and beyond one’s own area of expertise.
