This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide strategic direction for TEVIMBRA, overseeing international commercial strategies, acting as the commercial representative at the Global Product Team (GPT), and advocating for the Brand across BeOne regions, senior leadership, and external stakeholders.
• Lead the Global Brand Team (GBT) to ensure effective information exchange and best practices sharing among GPT, GBT, and regional/affiliate team members.
• Establish a unified perspective on brand growth drivers and ensure adherence to plans aligned with established business objectives.
• Serve as the unified commercial voice to the Global Product Team (GPT), R&D, Tech Ops, Executive Leadership, and Solid Tumor Franchise Teams to foster organizational alignment and advancement.
• Oversee essential cross-functional processes including the Annual Brand Plan, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Long-Range Plan (LRP) processes.
• Collaborate with cross-regional and cross-functional teams to shape brand strategies for multiple indications.
• Incorporate significant market insights into global launch readiness plans and facilitate the execution of global commercial strategies in local markets.
• Ensure sustained growth by translating intricate clinical evidence into a cohesive global narrative that propels market leadership.
• Synthesize competitor insights across various disease areas/indications into a unified product perspective.
• Formulate clear competitive response strategies based on a thorough understanding of market performance and competitor tactics.
• Work with functional heads to generate insights that enhance business performance and develop and maintain a Global Brand Dashboard.
• Identify obstacles to brand adoption and devise strategies to ensure ongoing brand growth.
• Drive value maximization and propose growth strategies to achieve long-term ambitions for the Solid Tumor portfolio.
• Collaborate with Regions and Corporate Communications to develop and refine communications for stakeholders.
• Partner with Tech Ops to optimize supply and demand management.
• Foster strong relationships with internal colleagues and external customers to leverage market opportunities.
• 14+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or healthcare-related commercial roles, including 5+ years in oncology/hematology.
• 5+ years of experience in Global Marketing/New Product Planning.
• Proven track record in leading brand strategy and new product planning at various stages of the product lifecycle.
• Experience in product launches, either in a Global-based role or a Market-based role.
• Advanced or expert knowledge in solid tumors and competitive markets.
• Strong team player capable of integrating input from key stakeholders (internally and externally) and fostering cross-regional and cross-functional alignment.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and lead high-performing, matrixed teams.
• Highly skilled in engaging, connecting, and influencing individuals across all levels from senior leadership to local marketing teams.
• Understanding of change management principles and experience in implementing change across an organization.
• Strong willingness and ability to collaborate across time zones, geographies, and cultures to enhance the lives of patients and caregivers.
