Executive Director – Financial Systems, Service & Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Establish the vision, roadmap, and investment priorities for finance systems and their transformation.

• Provide executive oversight of ERP finance modules and associated finance applications.

• Direct the AskFinance service model along with finance knowledge management capabilities.

• Manage a disciplined finance transformation portfolio that includes standardized intake and prioritization.

• Identify and execute top-down systemic opportunities to streamline and automate finance processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, accounting, computer/data science, or a related field.

• At least twelve (12) years of progressively responsible and directly relevant work experience required.

• Proven expertise in overseeing Workday ERP finance modules and related finance applications.

• Strong capability to convey complex technical and financial concepts to senior executives.
