This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +1 more state.
• Oversee the daily leadership and management of the Washington CIE program.
• Ensure proper staffing, adherence to regulations, and compliance with organizational and client policies.
• Direct cross-functional teams to support the implementation and operational execution of the statewide CIE initiative.
• Propel the achievement of crucial program goals, including the standardization of Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) service delivery data exchange.
• Facilitate interoperability among state, regional, and local technological systems.
• Enhance the scalability of Community Care Hub initiatives throughout Washington State.
• Establish and nurture robust partnerships with state agencies, providers, community organizations, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the client, VP of Data Solutions, and organizational leaders to formulate and oversee project budgets.
• Supervise the financial aspects of the Washington CIE program, including subcontractor budgets and resource distribution.
• Evaluate financial performance and assist in long-term sustainability planning.
• Encourage collaboration and alignment across service lines and teams involved in the Washington CIE program.
• Facilitate team development through effective communication, mentorship, and leadership involvement.
• Advocate for organizational values, mission, and culture in all program operations.
• Master’s degree (MA/MS).
• More than 10 years of experience leading significant, large-scale initiatives with Medicaid programs and/or state health agencies.
• At least 5 years of experience in leadership and people management.
• Proven success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Strong capabilities in operational, strategic, and financial management.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and leadership abilities.
• PMP, PgMP, or a similar project/program management certification is preferred.
• Experience with health information exchange, interoperability initiatives, or community-based care coordination models is preferred.
• Knowledge of Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) programs and Community Care Hub models is preferred.
