This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +1 more state.
• Oversee daily leadership and management of the Washington CIE program.
• Ensure sufficient staffing, compliance with regulations, and adherence to both organizational and client policies.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams in the implementation and operational execution of the statewide CIE initiative.
• Drive the achievement of critical program goals, including the standardization of Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) service delivery data exchange.
• Ensure interoperability among state, regional, and local technology systems.
• Promote the scalability of Community Care Hub initiatives throughout Washington State.
• Establish and nurture strong partnerships with state agencies, providers, community organizations, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients, the VP of Data Solutions, and organizational leaders to develop and manage project budgets.
• Oversee the financial aspects of the Washington CIE program, including subcontractor budgets and resource allocation.
• Monitor financial performance and assist in long-term sustainability planning.
• Encourage collaboration and alignment across service lines and teams that support the Washington CIE program.
• Foster team development through effective communication, mentorship, and leadership engagement.
• Uphold organizational values, mission, and culture throughout program operations.
• Master’s degree (MA/MS) required.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience leading significant, large-scale engagements with Medicaid programs and/or state health agencies.
• At least 5 years of experience in leadership and people management.
• Proven track record in managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives successfully.
• Strong capabilities in operational, strategic, and financial management.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
• PMP, PgMP, or related project/program management certification is preferred.
• Experience in health information exchange, interoperability initiatives, or community-based care coordination models is preferred.
• Familiarity with Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) programs and Community Care Hub models is preferred.
