This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
β’ Take full ownership of the entire sales process β from initial outreach to closing deals β for the first 18+ months.
β’ Develop and convert relationships with C-Level executives and VC funds.
β’ Establish the legal entity while ensuring adherence to Brazilian labor regulations.
β’ Recruit, train, and manage the initial Talent Partner team.
β’ Achieve break-even status within a 6β7 month timeframe.
β’ Bilingual proficiency β fluency or native command of English is essential.
β’ A proven, recent history of personally generating and closing complex B2B service contracts in Brazil.
β’ Ability to manage numbers in addition to leading a team.
β’ The proactive mindset to make calls, travel, and meet with clients weekly for the first year.
β’ Strong resilience to thrive in a genuine zero-to-one environment.
