Executive Director, Admissions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide direct leadership and supervision of admissions directors and managers.

• Establish and clearly communicate expectations regarding performance, accountability, professionalism, and the student experience.

• Foster and sustain a collaborative, results-driven culture centered on performance and team development.

• Hold admissions directors and managers accountable for meeting enrollment objectives, conversion targets, productivity standards, and service expectations.

• Oversee the daily execution of admissions activities to ensure alignment between strategy and frontline operations.

• Collaborate with Enrollment Operations, Marketing, Financial Aid, Student Services, International Admissions, and other departments to promote enrollment growth and enhance the prospective student experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in admissions, enrollment management, higher education leadership, or a related field.

• Proven experience leading high-performing admissions, enrollment, or student-facing teams.

• Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management capabilities.

• Experience managing multiple teams and leaders in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with CRM and enrollment management systems is preferred.

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
