This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create vinyl pool designs and steel panel layouts based on provided dimensions.

• Meet business objectives by producing high-quality designs within designated timelines.

• Utilize training and feedback to enhance efficiency and precision.

• Function in a dynamic, high-volume production design setting.

• Utilize existing tools and systems for product design.

• Build strong working relationships with both internal and international teams.

• Implement constructive feedback for personal growth and development.

• Manage sensitive information such as reports, manuals, and designs with discretion.

• Assist the business by working on Saturdays during peak business periods.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; preference for Mechanical and Civil Engineering.

• B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.

• Mandatory proficiency in Inventor or SolidWorks.

• Relevant certification is an advantage.

• 0–3 years of experience using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

• Background in the swimming pool industry is preferred but not essential.

• Competency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.

• Strong mathematical skills, attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.

• A self-driven learner with a high degree of accuracy.

• Capability to perform under pressure during peak seasons.

• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to assess customer needs.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
