• Act as the main point of contact and curator for the Founder and CEO’s internal and external communications, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals.
• Serve as a bridge between the Founder and CEO and internal teams, promoting effective communication and alignment across various departments.
• Oversee the calendars for the Founder and CEO, which includes scheduling both internal and external meetings, proactively addressing scheduling conflicts, and ensuring efficient time management.
• Compile daily and weekly briefings for the Founder and CEO, encompassing pre-reads, briefing documents, agendas, biographies, media summaries, and pertinent context for high-level meetings in advance.
• Monitor, organize, prioritize, and respond to emails and other communications on behalf of the Founder and CEO with professionalism and discretion.
• Collaborate with the Founder and CEO to keep track of commitments, deadlines, and follow-ups across various workstreams.
• Organize domestic and international travel plans, which include transportation, accommodations, agendas, and preparation for engagements.
• Handle the Founder and CEO’s timesheet allocations and expense report submissions.
• Over 7 years of experience providing executive office support, managing an executive’s administrative responsibilities, preferably in a mission-driven organization;
• Background in supporting C-suite level leaders in prominent roles;
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities in meetings, emails, and other communication channels;
• High proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, and Zoom;
• Demonstrated experience with expense reconciliation and time management for executive teams;
• Strong understanding of complex legal entity structures, including 501(c)(3), 501(c)(4), and PAC organizations;
• Capability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
