This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Develop a reliable and highly productive working relationship with the SVP, gaining a clear understanding of priorities and anticipating their needs.
• Implement planning, preparation, and organization that allows the SVP to concentrate on essential business objectives.
• Oversee intricate international calendars, travel logistics, meeting arrangements, correspondence, expenses, and executive-level administrative tasks.
• Build connections across leadership and the EA community, linking the SVP with key stakeholders.
• Anticipate meetings and decisions, ensuring that relevant stakeholders and information are prepared in advance.
• Organize executive meetings, leadership events, and off-site gatherings from planning through to execution.
• Communicate in a professional, discreet manner, exercising sound judgment on behalf of the SVP.
• Adhere to established company procedures while continuously seeking to simplify and enhance workflows.
• Foster an inclusive and collaborative EA community through knowledge sharing, coordination, and peer support.
• Assist with selected communications or cross-functional initiatives based on business requirements and individual strengths.
• Contribute innovative ideas, enhance work practices, and broaden contributions through leadership events, communications, special initiatives, or EA-community development.
• Extensive experience in supporting a senior executive within a complex, international organization.
• Outstanding planning, organizational, and prioritization abilities.
• Proactive mindset with the capability to foresee needs before they become urgent.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence in collaborating with senior leaders across various functions and regions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good judgment and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Collaborative and service-oriented attitude.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to established policies and processes.
• Ability to adapt and maintain composure when priorities shift.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and associated collaboration tools.
• Willingness to undertake occasional domestic and international travel.
• Previous experience supporting C-suite executives or a company president is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Background in coordinating leadership events, off-sites, or executive programs is beneficial but not essential.
• Interest or experience in internal communications, special projects, or EA-community development is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement principles is advantageous but not essential.
• Formal project management experience is beneficial but not required.
