• Management of CRM systems and sales follow-up activities.

• Oversee complex scheduling across various sectors.

• Safeguard dedicated time blocks for focused work.

• Uphold inbox organization with a standard of minimal backlog.

• Arrange travel and logistics for speaking engagements.

• Keep a weekly dashboard of priorities.

• Record essential decisions and ensure their implementation.

• Function autonomously with minimal supervision.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience supporting senior executives or founders.

• Hands-on experience with HubSpot (mandatory).

• Proficient in written English.

• Background in startup or growth-stage settings.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and project management software.

• Availability to overlap with EST working hours is essential.
