β€’ Management of CRM systems and sales follow-up activities.

β€’ Oversee complex scheduling across various sectors.

β€’ Safeguard dedicated time blocks for focused work.

β€’ Uphold inbox organization with a standard of minimal backlog.

β€’ Arrange travel and logistics for speaking engagements.

β€’ Keep a weekly dashboard of priorities.

β€’ Record essential decisions and ensure their implementation.

β€’ Function autonomously with minimal supervision.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 3–5+ years of experience supporting senior executives or founders.

β€’ Hands-on experience with HubSpot (mandatory).

β€’ Proficient in written English.

β€’ Background in startup or growth-stage settings.

β€’ Familiarity with CRM systems and project management software.

β€’ Availability to overlap with EST working hours is essential.
