Executive Assistant – Chief Marketing Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Oversee calendar management, meetings, documents, structures, reviews, follow-up actions, and travel arrangements.

• Facilitate both internal and cross-functional communication.

• Assist in team procedures and contribute to the establishment of new ones.

• Provide communication support with external partners and assist in partner searches.

• Aid in tracking marketing project progress.

• Generate reports on key performance metrics weekly, monthly, and quarterly.

• Report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).

• Undertake additional assigned tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, ideally supporting senior leaders.

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

• Capability to manage confidential information with the utmost discretion.

• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office suite.

• Willingness to learn and develop in the fields of marketing or management.

• Fluency in the English language is required.
