This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Manage calendars and time distribution for the finance leadership team, making independent decisions based on established priorities.
• Prepare executives for meetings, which includes pre-read materials, contextual information, and necessary decisions for board and investor sessions.
• Document meeting action items and ensure follow-up until completion.
• Organize executive inboxes and draft communications.
• Streamline the preparation of briefings, inbox management, scheduling, and recurring reports through automation.
• Oversee projects related to board logistics, executive travel, offsite events, and the operational rhythm of the finance team.
• Serve as the operational backbone for senior leadership in a dynamic environment.
• Proven experience in supporting several senior executives within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage competing priorities, changing timelines, and various stakeholders.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in effective communication with senior executives, partners, vendors, and office guests.
• Demonstrated judgment and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with AI tools.
• History of automating personal tasks.
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Capacity to manage sensitive information.
• Proficiency in English.
