This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Organize agendas, documents, and files for meetings.
• Arrange business trips and other necessary travel.
• Ensure meeting invitations are accompanied by the agenda.
• Gather essential information from participants.
• Coordinate and document company-wide meetings effectively.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clarity and efficiency in time management.
• Maintain daily communication with the manager.
• Organize travel arrangements for executives.
• Timely creation and submission of expense reports for executives.
• Generate purchase requisitions as required.
• Ensure all documentation is complete and adheres to company policies.
• Perform any additional ad hoc tasks as necessary.
• Exceptional time management capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills.
• High attention to detail with a significant degree of accuracy.
• Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate sound judgment in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft products and Google applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar).
• Experience with AI tools such as Co-pilot for automating routine tasks.
• Must be adept at using technical and web-based solutions for virtual meetings/webinars (WebEx, Zoom, etc.).
