This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Identify potential targets and implement sales strategies aligned with the company's direction through ethical selling practices.
• Foster sales growth by developing best practices to ensure effective targeting and appropriate reimbursement processes.
• Share vital insights with the ETS team to highlight a comprehensive understanding of the marketplace and identify strategic opportunities.
• Utilize approved corporate literature, scientific data, and presentations for current and prospective customers.
• Provide reporting and tracking of sales activities along with territory sales forecasts according to established timelines.
• Exhibit a thorough understanding of industry products, updates, and market dynamics.
• Ensure all activities comply with company guidelines, travel and expense policies, ethical standards, and federal/state/local laws.
• Assist in training Area Managers in the field, as well as engage in professional education and mentorship roles as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 5 years in the wound care field with progressively responsible positions.
• At least 5 years of experience in medical sales is mandatory.
• 5+ years of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue biologics sectors of the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Experience with O.R./Surgical/VAC submissions is required.
• Familiarity with skin substitutes is preferred.
• Previous experience in startup and medium-sized companies is advantageous.
