This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Oversee the comprehensive planning and execution of events from start to finish.
• Manage and facilitate supplier bookings and their participation.
• Handle vendor relationships and negotiations effectively.
• Supervise event logistics to ensure flawless execution of all components.
• Oversee delegate registration and their participation in events.
• Coordinate and influence internal and external stakeholders across various levels.
• Manage internal and external communications related to events.
• Oversee the development of websites and apps associated with events.
• Anticipate the needs of attendees, delivering engaging and memorable experiences with outstanding attendee satisfaction.
• Administer event budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective delivery.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and reporting to assess success and identify improvement areas.
• Ensure that the company vision is consistently reflected in event themes and execution.
• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in planning and executing large-scale international events.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in time-sensitive situations.
• Proven experience in managing event budgets, financial reporting, and negotiating with vendors.
• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and the Cvent event management platform.
• Full professional proficiency in English is required; proficiency in an additional EU language is a plus.
• A customer-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering exceptional attendee experiences.
• Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging and influencing a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to excel in a complex, matrixed environment while adapting to shifting priorities and uncertainties.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in post-event analysis, reporting, and implementing enhancements.
• Effective techniques for managing stress.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting deadlines while juggling multiple priorities.
• Willingness and capability to travel within the EU up to 30% of the time.
