📋 Description

• Provides leadership across the enterprise for the vision, strategy, and advancement of Distinguished Events.

• Establishes a long-term direction, value proposition, and operational framework for Distinguished Events.

• Champions innovation, strategies for donor engagement, and the expansion of the portfolio.

• Develops performance frameworks, metrics, and governance structures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Over 10 years of experience in leading multimillion-dollar fundraising efforts.

• More than 5 years of experience in people management.

• Proven track record of working with, leading, and nurturing volunteers.
