Offshore Events and Marketing Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Strategize, organize, and implement internal and external events (virtual, hybrid, and in-person) such as conferences, trade shows, webinars, and corporate functions.

• Oversee logistical aspects including venue selection, vendor coordination, travel arrangements, catering, equipment rentals, and on-site setup.

• Manage event schedules, budgets, and post-event analysis reports.

• Assist in both on-site and virtual event execution, guaranteeing high-quality delivery and attendee satisfaction.

• Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels.

• Coordinate the creation of marketing materials including brochures, email newsletters, banners, and promotional items.

• Maintain and refresh the company website and social media platforms with up-to-date content.

• Monitor marketing performance metrics and compile regular reports for management.

• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, communications, design, and operations) to ensure marketing activities align with business objectives.

• Act as a liaison with external partners, vendors, and agencies to guarantee timely and cost-effective service delivery.

• Support regional and global marketing initiatives by customizing materials for local markets as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, event management, or similar positions (experience in an offshore or remote environment is preferred).

• Demonstrated experience in coordinating large-scale corporate events or trade shows.

• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, Google Analytics, or similar platforms).
