This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Deliver comprehensive event support for a selected portfolio of first- and third-party events, which range from intimate executive gatherings to large-scale events accommodating over 100,000 attendees.
• Develop and oversee Rhythm of Business (RoB) processes along with event planning workflows.
• Generate and disseminate event communications, including emails, newsletters, updates for stakeholders, and follow-ups post-event.
• Organize speaker logistics and manage content effectively.
• Facilitate planning calls and meetings with both partners and internal stakeholders to aid in event preparation.
• Maintain ongoing communication with internal stakeholders, external partners, show organizers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to guarantee timely and budget-compliant event delivery.
• Create and uphold detailed project plans and workback schedules that clearly outline roles, responsibilities, and deadlines.
• Assist in planning and coordinating booth design as necessary.
• Organize engagement experiences for executives, customers, and external partners, including roundtables, receptions, and dinners.
• Monitor event performance metrics, ROI, and conduct post-event reporting across all record systems.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in event coordination, event management, or program management, supporting cross-functional global teams and complex workstreams.
• Strong project management capabilities with a keen eye for detail and follow-through.
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and cross-group collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently while managing various stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Experience in supporting programs and managing both first- and third-party events within the technology sector.
• Highly proactive individual capable of juggling multiple priorities and stakeholders concurrently.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Proven experience in coordinating webinars, virtual events, and working with digital event platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft tools including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Loop, Dynamics, and Azure DevOps is preferred.
• Familiarity with contracts/agreements and budget tracking.
• Knowledge of the tech ecosystem, partner/channel programs, or enterprise technology environments is preferred.
• Proven track record of success in remote and globally distributed team settings.
