
EMEA Regional Events Field Marketing Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Oversee the European event calendar by identifying, prioritizing, and selecting conferences, trade shows, and customer events.
• Develop business cases for events that include audience alignment, anticipated pipeline, costs, and ROI.
• Assess the regional event landscape and reallocate resources towards the most effective activities.
• Manage the complete event logistics process, including booth and sponsorship design, shipping, staffing, collateral, signage, and on-site coordination.
• Coordinate speaking engagements, demonstrations, and customer meetings.
• Oversee relationships with vendors, venues, and local partners across various European countries and languages.
• Collaborate with marketing, business development, sales, and Marketing Operations on pre-event outreach, lead capture, follow-up, and reporting.
• Monitor and report on pipeline generated, cost per lead, and event ROI.
• Ensure that leads sourced from events convert effectively through collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Enhance Point One's brand and reputation across Europe through field presence, local media engagement, partner co-marketing, and customer-facing initiatives.
• Organize dinners, roundtables, and regional meetups.
• Tailor global messaging for European markets and customers.
• Serve as a liaison between European Sales and global Marketing and Product teams.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation roles.
• Direct responsibility for event strategy and execution within a high-growth startup environment.
• Proven history of executing high-impact events and conferences from planning to pipeline delivery.
• Comfortable managing budgets, ROI reporting, and vendor negotiations independently.
• Experience in marketing to technical or engineering audiences.
• Strong project management capabilities; adept at managing multiple concurrent events across different countries and time zones.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across Europe.
• Experience in marketing within the fields of robotics, autonomous systems, automotive, drones, industrial automation, or federal technologies is preferred.
• Proficiency in a second European language in addition to English is preferred.
• Experience in building European field marketing strategies is preferred.
• Experience working closely with sales in a B2B, enterprise, or deep-tech sales environment is preferred.
• GNSS experience is appreciated but not mandatory.
