This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver operational solutions to our clients while consistently seeking enhancements and efficiencies.

• Oversee all vendors necessary for a program.

• Take ownership of the Statement of Work, manage any additional deposit requests, and handle final invoicing.

• Supervise assigned Event Staff during the event and proactively prepare them beforehand to ensure effective communication and operational excellence.

• Promote additional services that would enhance the client experience.

• Manage the budget with the aim of achieving gross profit targets.

• Collaborate with hotel conference service managers and onsite staff to guarantee a smooth partnership between DMC and the Hotel for the client.

• Handle Salesforce database management concerning ASO’s and vendor information, while also collaborating with procurement to ensure vendors are vetted and approved.

• Ensure that KPIs and Key Results are tracked and achieved.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2 – 5 years of experience in managing multiple clients and programs.

• Proven success in planning and executing events.

• Self-driven, customer-oriented, and a team player.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
