This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement both in-person and virtual events, such as trade shows, customer roadshows, partner gatherings, and webinars aimed at driving pipeline and revenue.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to develop programs, campaigns, and initiatives that enhance pipeline and revenue generation.
• Work in tandem with demand generation and digital marketing teams to enhance field programs through digital channels, including email marketing, paid media, and social media campaigns.
• Assess and report on campaign effectiveness using key marketing KPIs, including MQLs, demos, pipeline, revenue, and ROI.
• Implement lead nurturing and follow-up strategies in collaboration with the lifecycle marketing team, SDRs, account managers, and account executives.
• Participate in trade shows and events to promote the product and generate demos for the sales team.
• Develop and implement high-impact marketing programs through a data-driven approach, focusing on pipeline and revenue growth. Identify and apply various strategies to engage new prospects and explore expansion opportunities with current customers.
• Establish goals and define metrics for each marketing campaign to optimize pipeline generation and sales speed. Track campaign metrics, perform post-campaign assessments, analyze results, and provide recommendations for future enhancements.
• Assess and cultivate partner demand generation opportunities. Foster relationships with new and existing vendors and associations to enhance market penetration.
• A minimum of 3 years of field marketing experience within a B2B SaaS or technology organization.
• Proficient in campaign orchestration, persona development, and understanding the buying cycle.
• Proven ability to adapt marketing programs based on performance data, sales feedback, and business insights.
• Willingness to travel monthly, occasionally multiple times within a month.
• Experience in enterprise-level sales.
• Comprehensive understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) with practical experience in implementing ABM strategies.
• Proven track record in managing trade shows, field events, and executive roundtables with measurable success.
• Strong analytical capabilities to measure and enhance campaign performance through data-driven insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective cross-functional work with sales, product marketing, and demand generation teams.
• Familiarity with partner marketing strategies and experience in co-marketing with technology or channel partners.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Practical experience in managing multiple initiatives, campaigns, and deliverables concurrently.
• Self-motivated individual who can work independently and proactively address challenges while taking ownership of tools and processes with minimal supervision.
