This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Strategize, implement, and monitor Monarch's comprehensive event calendar, which includes national conferences, medical association gatherings, field activations, and hosted experiences.
• Recognize and execute market-specific events aimed at fostering connections between Monarch and local physicians.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to determine target physicians, relevant markets, and effective channels.
• Act as a vital link between event execution and sales follow-up.
• Define clear metrics for each event, including attendance, engagement, and leads generated, and utilize this data to enhance future events.
• Manage the operational aspects of multiple concurrent programs, ensuring that no details are overlooked.
• 4–7 years of marketing experience, particularly in events, field marketing, or demand generation.
• Proven success in attracting physician, professional, or B2B audiences and generating pipeline through events.
• Excellent writing abilities—capable of crafting clear and persuasive messaging for a professional audience.
• Proven experience in managing event logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships from start to finish.
• Confident in independently driving outcomes in a remote and fast-paced environment.
• Strong team player who collaborates effectively with sales, marketing, and external partners.
• Willing and able to travel approximately 25–30% of the time.
• A commitment to enhancing women's experiences in healthcare.
• Experience in the healthcare sector.
• Background in women's health, OB/GYN, or concierge/membership medicine.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management.
• Contribute to shaping the future of women's healthcare in collaboration with nationally recognized physicians.
