This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Ensure that each event exemplifies TENx10's dedication to excellence, hospitality, and meticulous execution.
• Collaborate with the Events Director & Partner Team to create welcoming environments for partners, guests, and collaborators through thoughtful communication and outstanding hospitality.
• Anticipate needs, recognize potential challenges, and proactively address issues before they affect the team or participant experience.
• Oversee the operational execution of TENx10’s hosted, collaborative, and sponsored events, managing logistics, venues, travel, registration, technical support, catering, shipping, inventory, and fulfillment.
• Handle communications with speakers, partners, attendees, vendors, and contractors, including registration, mailing lists, participant records, and event correspondence.
• Manage honorariums, reimbursements, contracts, invoices, vendor payments, and other financial processes related to events.
• Maintain event project plans, timelines, task lists, and project management systems (Monday.com) to ensure timely execution.
• Assess event outcomes and identify opportunities for enhancing future events.
• Oversee the operational execution of TENx10’s sponsored event portfolio, including conference logistics, booth participation, sponsorship fulfillment, promotional materials, and contractor coordination.
• Keep track of sponsorship timelines, documentation, fulfillment, and outcome tracking.
• Assist in planning and logistics for staff retreats, internal meetings, and other organizational gatherings.
• Maintain accurate databases, participant records, online filing systems, and organizational documentation.
• Track partner participation and engagement to aid in relationship management and reporting.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, mailing lists, and administrative materials that support the Events team.
• Enhance and refine event systems, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with the Events Director and across TENx10 teams to ensure successful events and improve organizational effectiveness.
• Participate in team meetings, planning sessions, and collaborative projects.
• Take notes during meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up as assigned.
• Represent TENx10 at conferences, gatherings, and partner events as required.
• Foster a culture of initiative, collaboration, and operational excellence.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Three to five years of event planning, project coordination, or administrative experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically 6-9 times a year for various events.
• Preferred experience in youth or church ministry.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Monday.com (or similar project management software), and virtual collaboration platforms.
• Experience with Planning Center Online and ProPresenter is preferred.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage urgent requests and situations, with a proven capability to prioritize tasks and relationships.
• Effective in a multicultural environment, demonstrating a high level of intercultural competency and a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• High attention to organization, deadlines, accuracy, and detail.
• Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to collaborate with a diverse remote team and interact with team members via digital task management systems and virtual meeting platforms.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous.
• Must be willing to abide by Fuller Community Standards.
