This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate virtual hiring services for CIEE host employers, enabling them to interview and hire seasonal staff through webcam.
• Assess the seasonal staffing needs of host employers.
• Promote opportunities to prospective participants via CIEE’s network of international representatives located overseas.
• Organize and manage the execution of virtual hiring events.
• Ensure that interview documentation is prepared prior to virtual events.
• Communicate and collaborate with CIEE teams, host employers, and international representatives through email, telephone, Skype, and Microsoft Teams.
• Create calendar invitations and distribute event reminders.
• Effectively communicate any changes to events.
• Allocate positions for host employers and convey requirements to international representatives.
• Manage enrollments and adjust shift positions as necessary.
• Provide live technical assistance during hiring events.
• Handle post-event reporting and maintain accurate hiring records in CIEE’s database.
• Deliver professional and consistent customer service to stakeholders.
• Conduct interviews with applicants for placement into seasonal roles.
• Provide training for seasonal staff as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Two years of experience in a customer-facing or client management role.
• Preferred experience in event planning and scheduling.
• Knowledge of virtual event management is a plus.
• High level of proficiency in computer skills, particularly with MS Office Suite.
• Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
• Advanced skills in Excel, including the development of macros, are preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional customer service, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated individual capable of taking initiative and driving projects independently.
• Proven experience in achieving results within a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrated capability to gather information and communicate project directions and statuses.
• Strong multitasking abilities while managing daily projects and events.
• Willingness to work some early mornings and evenings to meet host schedules.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
