Events Contractor – Technology Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Configure and provide support for enterprise event management platforms, focusing mainly on RainFocus.

• Develop and sustain registration pathways, attendee workflows, session oversight, speaker coordination, exhibitor management, event websites, surveys, and reporting functions.

• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and convert them into scalable solutions on the platform.

• Conduct quality assurance testing to verify that configurations are precise, complete, and ready for deployment.

• Diagnose platform issues and collaborate with internal teams to address technical challenges.

• Assist with data imports, exports, integrations, and platform setup throughout the project lifecycle.

• Work alongside project managers, clients, and technical experts to execute conferences from initiation through onsite support.

• Create and update documentation for system configurations, testing, and implementation procedures.

• Provide occasional onsite support for event technology as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in implementing or configuring enterprise event management platforms.

• Proven experience in implementing enterprise event technology solutions.

• Strong preference for candidates with RainFocus experience.

• Familiarity with configuring platforms such as Cvent, Stova, Certain, Swoogo, EventsAir, eShow, or other enterprise event management systems is advantageous.

• Experience with Salesforce, APIs, data imports and exports, reporting, and enterprise SaaS platforms is a plus.

• Must be available for a 6–8 month contract during the 2026/2027 event season.

• Ability to provide occasional onsite support for event technology as required.
