This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee operations for Dealogic’s Conference Manager platform as part of the global events technology initiative.
• Manage the complete delivery process of event registration websites, attendee communications, registration pathways, and associated technology solutions within service level agreements (SLAs).
• Act as the main client contact, offering strategic direction, platform guidance, issue resolution, and support.
• Organize staffing and resource needs for the development of Conference Manager websites.
• Collaborate with business lines, event planning, data management, registration, technology teams, and the platform vendor on fixes and enhancements.
• Share information about the product roadmap, platform updates, releases, and upcoming changes.
• Create and uphold standard operating procedures (SOPs), best practices, workflows, governance, and quality-control processes.
• Develop user guides, tutorials, training materials, and resources for knowledge sharing.
• Provide training for new hires in Conference Manager.
• Lead and mentor a team of web builders, including task assignments, workload monitoring, timeline management, quality assurance, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Ensure the team meets key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, improve quality, minimize manual effort, and elevate both client and attendee experiences.
• Promote platform adoption through newsletters, targeted communications, and educational resources.
• 8–10+ years of relevant experience in event technology, registration technology, attendee management, or similar event operations.
• In-depth knowledge of Dealogic’s Conference Manager platform is required.
• Previous experience in people management, team leadership, or supervisory roles is strongly preferred.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is preferred.
• Capability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently, apply sound judgment, and learn new technology platforms with minimal guidance.
• Strong critical thinking and strategic problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work outside standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, for onsite event support or remote troubleshooting.
• Must reside in the United States and possess work authorization.
• Must be available to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
