
Event Technology Manager, Cvent Experience Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Aid clients in navigating registration platforms.
• Assist with new technology systems and data management while collaborating with the event delivery team.
• Set up, develop, and support technology platforms for designated events.
• Oversee event information lists and reporting utilizing advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Provide assistance with event and meeting organization.
• Implement and manage event registration websites, app development, and other event technologies.
• Resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Handle client communications, encompassing save-the-dates, invitations, registration processes, and confirmations.
• Manage databases, ensure data integrity, and create various lists.
• Engage with internal and external clients, responding within established service level agreements.
• Collaborate with the Event delivery team on logistical planning, production, and execution.
• Analyze lists to deliver registration data, year-on-year metrics, and event analytics.
• Organize event materials, including name badges, tent cards, place cards, departure notices, email confirmations, agendas, and signage.
• Assist with the design, setup, and onsite support of registration desk flow.
• Act as the primary contact for attendee management and technology vendors.
• Develop and distribute post-event client surveys.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs, event documentation, and accurate records.
• Review and reconcile third-party vendor invoices.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and value additions for clients.
• Monitor project timelines.
• Support training and mentoring of team members.
• Keep the team updated on emerging technologies, current trends, and popular culture.
• Over 5 years of experience in Attendee Data Management and Event Technology, including entry-level meeting planning and coordination with registration and event technology.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with registration website platforms such as Cvent, Splash, Certain, Aventri, Eventbrite, or similar systems.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is advantageous, though not mandatory.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across all levels.
• Self-motivated individual who can follow directions and work autonomously.
• Capacity for innovative thinking.
• Willingness to work beyond standard business hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Openness to travel when necessary to attend events on-site.
• Must reside in the US and be available to work during EST hours.
