Event Registration, Technology Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendor partners to enhance registration strategies and event technologies.

• Providing support for complementary event technologies, including mobile applications, agenda/speaker management, floor plan management, social sharing platforms, and more.

• Managing integrations of event technologies to improve efficiency and data accuracy.

• Assisting in the creation of registration pages and participating in quality assurance testing.

• Generating reports and analyzing data to inform internal team decisions.

• Assessing onsite signage and registration layouts to improve the experience for attendees and exhibitors.

• Traveling onsite to ensure successful event execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in event registration or technology.

• Understanding of the event industry, technologies, and online registration platforms.

• Familiarity with Convention Data Services and Grip is advantageous.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite.

• Ability to work independently and confidently manage new projects.

• Collaborative mindset with a forward-thinking approach.

• Capability to perform under pressure, solve problems, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to various communication styles.

• Previous experience in large-scale events, particularly in planning and technology.

• Willingness to travel to events 4-6 times per year.
