This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Strategize and manage outstanding end-to-end experiences for in-person, digital, and hybrid events.
• Oversee digital program setup, including invitations, registrations, on-site technology, ticketing, client relationship management, and post-event activities.
• Execute event programs that align with annual business strategies and enhance client relationships.
• Administer events across U.S. and Canadian venues, as well as in digital settings; attend in-person events to guarantee successful execution.
• Provide post-event analytics and oversee event budgets and reporting for ROI evaluation and regulatory adherence.
• Handle vendor relationships, pricing, budgeting, expense reporting, attendance tracking, and target metrics.
• Identify automation and cost-effective digital solutions to enhance reporting efficiency and improve client experience.
• Develop workback schedules, action plans, master agendas, and event programs utilizing various technology platforms.
• Create testing plans, conduct testing and quality assurance, and coordinate documented approvals.
• Oversee event production, technology, risk management, compliance, corporate security, and contingency strategies.
• Organize speaker and investment staff schedules and arrange travel details for corporate conferences.
• Manage access for portfolio managers and subject-matter experts for sales-supported events.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Marketing, Information Systems, HR, Compliance, and Finance teams.
• Document event processes, investigate event trends, and map customer journeys.
• Research event technology and workflow requirements, onboard vendors, and administer digital and hybrid event platforms.
• At least three years of experience in event management within a corporate setting, ideally in the financial services sector.
• Strong comprehension of digital engagement in event marketing.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Exceptional skills in organization, project management, and planning.
• Proven expertise in managing both in-person and digital events.
• Proficient in vendor management and budgeting, including price negotiations, invoicing, and recordkeeping.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative team player capable of meeting deadlines.
• Comprehensive knowledge of digital event experiences and virtual event platforms like CVENT and Zoom Events.
• Strong familiarity with CRM tools, including Adobe Marketo and Salesforce.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Current authorization to work in Canada is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 30%).
